If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Went to Leeds this weekend and I was so impressed by everything. The hotel was very clean. The food was fresh and made whilst you waited. The front reception staff was excellent and made someone whom never visited Leeds before so at ease and the overall experience was pleasurable that I'll stay there a 2nd 3rd 4th times.......... would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Leeds.

Well-appointed, well-decorated bedroom. We didn't use the public areas in the hotel as there are lots of restaurants and mini-supermarkets nearby. The couple of minutes walk from Leeds Station felt safe. The hotel has a big underground car park for a very reasonable cost. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for one night on business and was very comfortable. Great room with very comfy bed, room had very nice look and feel and the bathroom and shower were great. Staff were helpful and friendly. In a good position in Leeds near the station and new business quarter.

Great hotel! Emailed ahead to advise it was my daughters birthday and they put some balloons and a card in the room! Such a lovely touch! Food was amazing in the soap factory, and breakfast filling the next day! Would recommend and would definitely go back.

Booked this room for my daughter and partner and she was very happy with the room and location She said the bed was comfortable and loved the little touches . This was also for her 21st and I asked if the could put balloons in the room which the did and a lovely card Thank you
